RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

By purchasing from us you are acknowledging that 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PLANT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We are not liable for any damages done to your purchase during shipping. If there are any flaws on the plants we will try our best to capture it in the photos. 

Keep in mind that all plants that are shipped and transplanted may have some natural stress from the adjustment. Please purchase responsibly. 

If your package was delayed/lost/stolen, please file a claim with USPS. 

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local or if you would like to make the drive to St. Paul, please reach out via email to properlypropagatedllc@gmail.com

Please note that the location you will travel to is not the greenhouse, it is our personal home. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

They are a possibility but in the works!

CAN YOU OFFER A TOUR OF THE GREENHOUSE?

At this time we do not offer tours of the greenhouses. We try our best to take photos and videos and post them on our social media. Each sale we do we bring a new variety of plants for you to view and enjoy.

RESTOCKING OF WEBSITE

We will try to announce on social media when we do a restock, but plan for about every 7-10 days for new inventory to arrive.

HOURS AND LOCATION?

We do not have set times or a set location. You can usually find us at the St. Paul farmer's market in lowertown every weekend April-August. 

We typically are off-season November-March.

Most plants are the one you see is the one that you will receive, unless otherwise noted.
